November Newsletter As the weather gets colder and the days get shorter, what better way to start or end your day then with your friends at The Fitness Edge? Most of you have seen Beth Doda as she welcomes you as you enter, or comes around with the glass cleaner to clean. Did you know that Beth is the mother of three amazing children? Her children are all active in school activities and play in various school sports. While her children are playing sports, Beth is busy coaching and volunteering her time with the football boosters. The next time you see Beth ask her how her volleyball team or basketball team are doing. November Updates! 1. Check out our new Fitness Edge Apparel! Get it before it’s all gone and wear your gym name proudly as we celebrate 20 years of fitness? 2. As all classes have now moved inside we have updated our sign up policy. While not much has changed we would like you to glace at the new policy for classes at https://www.thefitnessedgenh.com/class-schedules . 3. We have extended our weekend hours. We are now open Saturday and Sunday from 7am-2pm. Monday-Friday 5am-7pm. Please check the website for holiday hours. 4. Please welcome our newest instructor Tammy Licki. Tammy is an experienced instructor who has recently relocated from Connecticut. We are very lucky to have such a fantastic instructor joining our team! She will be teaching many Saturday morning Cardio Strength classes. Please feel free to say hi and introduce yourself. 5. PiYo 45 has been added to our evening schedule. Come and enjoy this mixture of Pilates and yoga with Heather 5:30pm-6:15pm on Wednesdays. 6. Beginning November 22, Liz L. will be returning as your Monday 10:15am Posture instructor. 7. Total Body Tone will be returning to Wednesday! Please join Lenore in person or on Zoom, beginning Wednesday, November 24 th 10:15am-11:15am. 8. Beginning Thursday, December 2 nd there will be a Barre, Ball and Band class 8am-8:45am. Join Lenore in person or on Zoom, for this fun mix. 9. Beginning Friday, December 3 rd join Liz(Cycle) and Lenore(Strength) for a 30 Cycle/30 Strength 10:15am-11:15am. The Strength portion of this class will be available both in person and Zoom. 10. We are going to be celebrating 20 years of fitness with member appreciation week. Please enjoy coffee and “healthy” snacks the week of November 29-December 5 th . We will also be doing a giveaway-a-day that week. All you need to do is come to the gym during that week and enter your name in the drawing! 11. Always remember that we are here for you. The Federal Trade Communications Commissions has adopted 988 as a new three-digit number to be used nationwide in order to reach the National Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Crisis Lifeline. This is very similar to how we currently use 911. In order for this to work, we now need to use 10-digit dialing. So when you call The Fitness Edge please enter 603-279-0411.
