Zumba fuses all kinds of music and dance moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be fun and easy. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body. Infused with Latin flavor, the following dance styles may be found in the choreography of the Zumba class: Cumbia, salsa, merengue, flamenco, chachacha, reggseton, soca, samba, hip hop music and tango.
