We are now offering a variety of pre-recorded classes for you to do, on your own time, while at home, or away from the gym!
Pre-recorded classes are available to Paid-in-Full, EFT, and month-to-month members only for an additional charge of $10/month per household. Thank you for your loyal patronage.
New passwords will be emailed to you each month you are registered.
We know that you have many options to choose from for your online fitness. We wish everyone was coming into the gym but that does not work for all. By working out "with us" you will feel the community spirit that is ever present when you walk through the doors of our club.
To get the best Zoom video experience use a direct ethernet connection. The quality of the music and instructor will greatly depend on "what" is playing the music for you~ Use your TV vs computer speakers or a sound bar.
Some on-demand programs offer class variety, but they will not respond to your email as quickly as we do. If you want a certain style class we will do one! We are in this together, and together we will be stronger.
