This high energy class combines cardio drills and resistance training designed to build strength and stamina through intense intervals over a 1 hour period. Boot Camp training often begins with dynamic stretching and movement, followed by segments that include lifting weights, jumping, push-ups, sit-ups, plyometrics and various types of explosive drills. The Plus is because anything might be added in!!
