Posture Class is a body conditioning routine done on a mat which places emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core. Expect improved core strength, better balance and improved flexibility.
Make sure to bring your own mat. Bolsters are provided when needed but feel free to bring your own from home. You may be asked to remove your shoes, so wear socks or slippers if you are uncomfortable in bare feet. Wear something loose and comfortable.
