MONTHLY EFT MEMBERSHIPS
- Monthly membership dues are drafted from a checking, savings or credit card account.
- Individuals save 23% over paying the month to month rate.

- A $25.00 enrollment fee and $5.00 card fee apply.
- Must enroll for a minimum of 6 months.
- Pay month to month with no commitments.

- Enjoy access to the Meredith club for a single day, a full week, 20 visits or 40 visits.

If you are employed by the state of New Hampshire, or if your health insurance carrier provides reimbursement for health club dues, we are happy to supply you with the documents needed for you to process the paperwork.
