About Ken

Ken Brady is a certified Spin Instructor, and has been a Fitness Edge member since the club’s inception. He fell in love with cycling when a friend encouraged him to try a class. After surviving cancer, he challenged himself to become an instructor. Ken instills passion in others and encourages students to step outside their comfort zones, try new things and expand their lives on and off the bike. Also a personal chef, Ken prepares nourishing meals for weight loss he will deliver to your door. Now that's service!
