About Courtney

Courtney has been working in the fitness and personal training profession since 2000. As a Personal Trainer in San Francisco, California she began developing back and shoulder pain. After trying many different methods including massage, chiropractors and physical therapists, it wasn’t until a colleague introduced her to the Egoscue Method, the world leader in non-medical pain relief, that she finally got results. Courtney sets her focus on treating the body as a whole and not just the symptom. She became a Postural Alignment Therapist in 2004, and has been helping clients become pain free ever since.  Working with all ages and fitness levels, Courtney’s passion is relieving people of chronic pain and helping them move and feel better. “I believe the foundation to good health begins with good posture.”
