About Mike

Mike is a Level II Certified Running Coach with the Road Runners Club of America. He began his coaching career in 2007 and has been training runners of all levels for Full and Half Marathons ever since. His message is, “Find enjoyment in your running and you will run for life!” After 33 years in the military, Mike became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and added TRX Suspension Training to his list. Today, he helps clients and recreational runners with stability and mobility to ensure stronger functional movement. He enjoys working one-on-one and in small groups to improve their overall health.
